Last month, IntegriCom’s Culture Coordinator had the pleasure of speaking to 1st Generation Students at the University of North Georgia Career Fair Launch. Following a few mock interviews, Janae joined a panel of employers and shared tips and tricks to prepare students as they transition into young professionals. Thank you to UNG for allowing us to participate!

IntegriCom Receives SWOT Analysis

IntegriCom is part of a nationwide IT organization peer group, and among other things, the group periodically performs a SWOT Analyses on each other’s companies. IntegriCom was recently the recipient of this analysis.

IntegriCom is part of a nationwide IT organization peer group, and among other things, the group periodically performs a SWOT Analyses on each other’s companies. IntegriCom was recently the recipient of this analysis.

The SWOT was performed by the ownership and management of:

• Certified NETS, St. Louis, MO
• Enterprise Data Concepts, Lafayette, LA
• Hawaii Tech Support, Honolulu, HI
• Kotman Technology, Fresno, CA
• New River Computing, Blacksburg, VA
• PCS Technology, San Francisco, CA

After the first day of the 2-day analysis, the SWOT team and the IntegriCom Leadership Team enjoyed dinner at Antebellum.

The SWOT team determined many things about our organization including where we are great, where we can improve, and things of which we need to be aware. We were complimented with having a very strong culture with awesome team members who are driven, supportive of each other, and deliver quality work for our clients. We have good processes, documentation, and are always improving, and we are accountable and execute well.

After the final day of the SWOT, we got together for a companywide dinner at The 1818 Club
