IT Service Technician (Gainesville)

IT Service Technicians are typically mid to high level with two to seven years of experience. This person is a good communicator and a person who can manage well in stressful situations. This person should be prompt and/or know the importance of communicating ETA’s to clients. This person should have a solid basic technological understanding. Most importantly, this person should be eager to learn while following prescribed procedures.

Associate IT Technician (Suwanee)

Associate IT Technician (Gainesville)

Associate IT Technicians are typically entry level with less than two or three years of experience. This person is a good communicator and a person who can manage well in stressful situations. This person should be prompt and/or know the importance of communicating ETA’s to clients. Most importantly, this person should be eager to learn while following prescribed procedures.

Intern IT Technician (Suwanee)

Intern IT Technician (Gainesville)

Intern IT Technicians are typically entry level with no or less than one year of experience. They may be in school and looking for part time work to aid in their studies and to get exposure to technology. This person is a good communicator and a person who can manage well in stressful situations. This person should be prompt and/or know the importance of communicating ETA’s to clients. Most importantly, this person should be eager to learn while following prescribed procedures.

Network Technician (Suwanee)

Network Technician (Gainesville)

Network Technicians are strong in all the most common and popular networking technologies as well as some of the less common ones. In addition to strong technical aptitudes, backed by at least 3 years of hard core in the trenches experience, this person is a powerful communicator and a person who can see the big picture and provide strong guidance.

Service Coordinator/Dispatcher (Suwanee)

IT Service Coordinators are responsible for: first impressions (phone), service ticket triage, technician scheduling/coordination, backup project coordination.

As an IT Service Coordinator, you’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to perform scheduling and coordination of the following things: client on-boarding, project implementation, proactive client support, help desk support, on-site client support, time entry, warp up & lessons learned.

Senior IT Engineer (Suwanee)

Senior IT Engineer (Gainesville)

As a Senior IT Engineer, you’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do: Client On-Boarding, Project Implementation Support, Proactive Client Support, Help Desk Support, On-Site Client Support, Managing Time Entries, and Wrap Up & Lessons Learned.

You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following tasks for which Office Administrator are responsible: Tracking & Receiving Ordered Products, Update Client Agreements, Audit & Send Client Invoices, Financial Accounts Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Backup Support to our Service Coordinator, Enter Sales Leads into Database, Other Administrative Duties as Needed
