IntegriCom welcomes Angela, who joined our team in early October as a Service Coordinator.

As part of our awesome service team, she helps make sure our client’s service tickets are resolved properly and in a timely manner.

“I’m really enjoying getting to know all the IntegriCom clients”, Angela said. “And I like working with technicians here.”

Angela has a 30-year history in customer service including experience and expertise in logistics and procurement.

Angela was born in Texas but got to Georgia as soon as she could at age 6. She resides in Lawrenceville where she raises her three children, a boy and two girls.

Angela recently remarried and now also has two step children.

Angela loves the outdoors and she and her husband spend a lot of time in the north Georgia mountains hiking, kayaking, and river tubing. They particularly love finding places off the beaten path like waterfalls and swimming holes.

Angela also loves cats – she has four! Her favorite is a male named Binx, who is more like a dog than a cat.

The IntegriCom service team receives praise.

The SWOT team was made up of six Service Managers and one CEO from peer IT Managed Service Providers located in Arkansas, Virginia, California, Louisiana, Illinois, and Kansas. They did a deep dive into IntegriCom’s service team to find Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats.

The team was impressed. “Joyfulness is clearly evident throughout the office” said Kansas City area Service Manager Meghan Thomas. “I want to work here! And I am so impressed with the team’s strong appetite and dedication to learning.” Meghan was observing two of IntegriCom’s core values of “Relentless at improving” and “Joyfully doing the right thing, regardless”.

Lafayette, Louisiana based CEO Scott Lavergne stated, “The team has a strong sense of calmness from the top down, even though the workload is heavy. The solid leadership from IntegriCom’s Service Manager Anja and the entire leadership team is clearly influential throughout the office.”

The SWOT team encouraged IntegriCom to continue the current hiring process and keep the quality hires coming. Also, to continue working on the employee on-boarding process, keep refining it to make it even better.

Joe is now Fortinet Certified!

Team member Joe successfully passed the Fortinet exam and received the NSE 4 certification. The Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) program is an eight-level training and certification program that is designed to provide an independent validation of network security skills and experience. The NSE program includes a wide range of self-paced and instructor-led courses, as well as practical, experiential exercises that demonstrate mastery of complex network security concepts. NSE 4 identifies the ability to configure, install, and manage the day-to-day configuration, monitoring, and operation of a FortiGate device to support specific corporate network security policies.

Fortinet is one of IntegriCom’s security and network partners. Joe saw the need for this certification and the value it has for our clients. He made it his goal to obtain it and did so in record time. Joe consistently demonstrates the IntegriCom core value of “Relentless and Improving”.

Congratulations Joe!
