The SolarWinds Security Breach
SolarWinds was the victim of a cyberattack to their systems that inserted a vulnerability (SUNBURST) within the Orion® Platform. IntegriCom has never used or worked with “SolarWinds Orion” but we do use other “SolarWinds MSP” products. Third-party cybersecurity experts and SolarWinds have found no evidence that ANY “SolarWinds MSP” products are vulnerable to the supply chain attack at this time.
We are taking every precaution and working with SolarWinds MSP to digitally resign all SolarWinds MSP products to provide additional assurance to all our clients. New product releases containing the updated certificate have been rolled as of December 17, 2020. The existing certificate used by MSP products will be revoked. IntegriCom will be handling all changes and upgrades with no need for managed IT client interaction.
