A partnership was formed with the Gwinnett Stripers in 2023 and IntegriCom® began managing their technology and supporting their staff using our proven process. We support their networks, computers, business telephone system, cloud technologies, and we keep them secure.

Monitoring hardware metrics on all devices is a standard practice for IntegriCom®, ensuring proper performance. We take pride in providing, monitoring, and maintaining security software, along with pushing out of security patches for Microsoft and third-party software. Our support extends to addressing any needs that may arise. In the event of any disruptions, our techs are promptly alerted, and we resolve issues either remotely or on-site. Our proactive and preventative approach allows us to fix potential problems before they escalate, maximizing uptime and enhancing user experience.
