Operations Manager
Anja Thain, an Atlanta native, is the Operations Manager at IntegriCom® located in Suwanee, GA. As a student of process and quality, Anja coordinates the delivery of IntegriCom’s Reliable IT Services℠.
With her team, she executes our Proven Process in delivering Managed and Co-Managed IT Services to our clients throughout metro Atlanta and the southeast. This includes cybersecurity, cloud computing, network services, computers, and business phone systems.
Since working with her father as a teen, Anja has worked in many areas of IntegriCom starting with earning her tech certification, but eventually gravitating towards operations and finance. Over the past decade, she has taken on more demanding leadership roles, primarily managing techs as they monitor and proactively secure client systems.
Anja is active in an IT service executives peer group collaborating and mentoring with others from across the United States. You may have heard her on Business RadioX podcasts hosted by Centurion Advisory Group.
Away from work, Anja has traveled to 23 countries and 48 states so far! She enjoys cooking foods of all types, encouraged by fond memories of preparing Hungarian meals with her mother and grandmother.
